Since 1983, Mr. Vandenberg has focused his practice on Intellectual Property litigation, representing such clients as Microsoft Corporation, Vestas-American Wind Technology, Inc. and Amazon, Inc.  He has represented parties in numerous federal district courts nationwide and has briefed and argued numerous appeals before the Federal Circuit.
